The Reason Behind This Adjustment

Over the past several months, the global LED manufacturing industry has faced severe and sustained cost pressures. We have closely monitored the market as our upstream suppliers have executed multi-round price hikes on key raw materials and core components. The costs of essential materials—specifically LED lamp beads/chips, driver ICs, PCB boards, and power supply units—have surged consecutively.

At OnlyLed Display, we have done everything in our power to absorb these escalating expenses over the last two quarters through internal cost-optimization and manufacturing efficiencies. 

However, the cumulative impact of these multi-round material increases has reached a threshold that we can no longer entirely offset internally without compromising our strict quality standards.

• Effective Date: The 5% increase officially took effect on June 15, 2026.
• New Orders: All new purchase orders, quotations, and contracts issued or confirmed on or after June 15, 2026, are subject to the updated pricing.
• Pending Orders: Orders that were officially confirmed and received a deposit prior to June 15, 2026, will be honored at the original contracted prices.

While the current material cost environment remains challenging, OnlyLed Display continues to invest heavily in R&D to deliver highly efficient, energy-saving, and visually superior LED display solutions. 

We are actively working with our upstream supply chain to stabilize costs and will continue to explore ways to mitigate future impacts for our customers.
